Lecturer / Senior Lecturer Grade II (Temporary)
Department is looking for candidates who hold BSc Engineering Specialized in
Production Engineering, Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering, Mechanical and
Manufacturing Engineering or any relevant Science Degree (Operations
Management, Operations Research and Statistics, Material Science, Supply Chain
Management are preferred).
Postgraduate qualifications in the areas of Robotics & Automation, Digital
Manufacturing Supply Chain Engineering/Management, Advanced Manufacturing
Processes, Industrial & Human Factors Engineering, Computer Aided Design &
Manufacturing, Additive Manufacturing, Nano-manufacturing,
Sustainable/Environmental Engineering from a reputed university as stipulated in
relevant circulars are required specialized qualifications for Lecturer (unconfirmed)
and Senior Lecturer Grade II.
Preference will be given to those who also have industrial and/or research
experience in Manufacturing, Robotics and Automation, Industrial Engineering,
Logistics and Supply Chain Engineering, Sustainable Manufacturing, Industrial
Statistics, Systems Simulation, Control Systems Engineering, and Lean
Manufacturing.
Candidates having Teaching experience in University level (Reputed) and research
experience (Post Doctorate) in the relevant areas will be an added qualification.
Temporary Instructors
DMIE is looking for qualified candidates who possess four year
BSc honours degree in Manufacturing and Industrial
Engineering/Production Engineering or related domains in to
be appointed as Temporary Instructors for short term basis (3,
6 and 12 months’ contracts). Limited opportunities will be given
to BSc Special degree holders from Chemistry, Environment
Science, Statistics and Operations Research and Computer
and Statistics, Green technology Programmes.
You are expected to conduct tutorial and lab classes and there
will be opportunities to get involve with industrial projects too.
