Welcome to the Seminar Room Booking Section

To book the seminar room in Department of Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering(DMIE),
Please follow the instructions below based on your membership status:

Internal Members

  1. Click on the "Internal Members" button below.
  2. You will be redirected to the internal booking page.
  3. Login using your departmental credentials (username and password).
  4. Select the desired date and time for your seminar room booking.
  5. Fill in the required details, such as the purpose of the seminar, expected number of attendees, and any specific requirements you may have.
  6. Review the information entered and confirm your booking.
  7. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking.

Outside Members

  1. Click on the "Outside Members" button below.
  2. You will be redirected to the external booking page.
  3. Create a new account by providing the necessary information, including your name, contact details, and organization.
  4. Once your account is created, login using the credentials you just created.
  5. Select the desired date and time for your seminar room booking.
  6. Fill in the required details, such as the purpose of the seminar, expected number of attendees, and any specific requirements you may have.
  7. Review the information entered and confirm your booking.
  8. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking.
