Dharshana Athauda completed his Bsc.Eng. in Production Engineering at the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka in 2012. Immediately after graduation he joined the Department of Production Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, University of Peradeniya as a Temporary Lecturer. He was made permanent in service in the same department in the position of Lecturer (Probationary) in 2016.
