Digital Poster Presentation for EF1020

As part of the English Language curriculum, students of the Chemical and Process Engineering Department (E/22 and E/23) participated in a Digital Poster Presentation project, which provided them with an opportunity to integrate subject knowledge with academic communication skills. In this activity, students researched and prepared poster presentations on topics relevant to Chemical Engineering, allowing them to demonstrate their understanding of technical concepts while developing essential skills in academic writing, visual communication, and public speaking.

The project aimed to:

  • Encourage students to explore and present Chemical Engineering topics in a clear, organized, and engaging manner.
  • Strengthen their ability to use academic and technical vocabulary effectively.
  • Enhance their digital literacy and design skills through the creation of visually impactful posters.
  • Build confidence in oral communication through guided presentation practice.
This initiative reflects the ELTU’s commitment to fostering both language competence and professional communication skills that are crucial for engineering undergraduates.
