The Capital Maharaja Group (CMG) held its third consecutive year of Inter-University Human Rights Debates this year to celebrate World Human Rights Day, December 10th. 300 students and 20 universities, both private and state universities, from all over Sri Lanka competed for the title of CMG University Champions in English, Sinhala, and Tamil. The English debating team of the University of Peradeniya representing Imaadh (FOE), Daniel (FOE), Amayuru (FOA/DOL), and Ranshika (FOA/DOL) won the run-up title after a close battle in the final.
