This is to inform you that the Welcome Ceremony and Student Enrolment Programme for the new entrants of the E/25 Batch, who have been registered through the University Grants Commission (UGC) for the Bachelor of the Science of Engineering Honours Degree / Bachelor of the Science of Engineering Honours in Electronic and Intelligent Systems Engineering Degree Programme of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Peradeniya, will be held on 17 August 2026.

Students are required to bring the following documents for the enrolment process:

1. Birth Certificate – Original
2. G.C.E. (O/L) Certificate – Original
3. G.C.E. (A/L) Certificate – Original
4. School Leaving Certificate – Original
5. National Identity Card (NIC) – Original
6. Certified copy of the Birth Certificate
7. Certified copy of the G.C.E. (O/L) Certificate
8. Certified copy of the G.C.E. (A/L) Certificate
9. Certified copy of the School Leaving Certificate
10. Certified copy of the National Identity Card (NIC)
11. Duly completed “Form for Enrolment of New Entrants” (This form can be downloaded here. the form will be uploaded soon.)
12. Payment receipt for registration and other applicable fees (Total fee is Rs. 1,600.00) (Payment voucher can be downloaded here. Students can make the payment (Rs. 1,600.00) to one of the accounts mentioned in the voucher, and the payment receipt should be brought for the enrolment. Bank facilities will also be provided at the Faculty premises.)
13. Six (06) passport-size colour photographs (45 mm × 35 mm)
14. Declaration Form 1 – Rag Prevention (This form can be downloaded here.)
15. Declaration Form 2 – Conflicts of Interest (This form can be downloaded here.)

Please note that University accommodation will not be provided to students of the E/25 Batch during their first year of study.
