The Engineering Education Unit (EEU) of the Faculty of Engineering successfully hosted a session on Physical Wellbeing for all staff members on 17th December 2024. The event, held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Seminar Room 3, was part of the EEU’s ongoing impactED workshop series, now in its fifth session.

The session was facilitated by Mr. Mayooran Sithravelayuthan, from the Department of Physiotherapy, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, University of Peradeniya. Participants had the opportunity to gain valuable insights into maintaining physical health and wellbeing, an essential component of enhancing both personal and professional effectiveness.
