CES Field visit to Anuradhapura Ancient Structures

The ruins in Sri Lanka, which show a vast diversity of architectural forms, show how skilled the ancient Sri Lankan people were at building tanks or reservoirs, pagodas (or stupas), bridges, and palaces. Modern technological theories and practices have been used to create every construction and design created today.

A field trip to Anuradhapura was successfully accomplished to study these amazing technologies on 3^rd December 2022 by the Civil Engineering Society, Faculty of Engineering, University of Peradeniya.
