General electives EF 519 (Written English for Communication) and EF520 (Effective Communication through Speech) are now conducted by the ELTU/ Engineering.
EF519 deals with technical writing which guides the student in writing project reports, references, and citation methods and gives an overall idea in writing formal correspondence and personal statements.
EF520 gives comprehensive guidance in formal and informal communication skills. This includes introductions, impromptu speeches, constructive evaluations, development of presentation skills and preparation for interviews.
