Outcome of UGC Accreditation

We are proud to announce that our Bachelor of the Science of Engineering in Civil Engineering program at the Department of Civil Engineering, University of Peradeniya has been awarded an “A Grade” by the University Grants Commission, Sri Lanka, following the Program Review 2020 conducted by the Quality Assurance Council in May 2025.
This recognition reflects our department’s ongoing commitment to excellence, encompassing high standards in program management, teaching and learning, student support, and overall educational quality. We remain dedicated to providing a top-tier civil engineering education and continuously enhancing our program to meet the highest standards.
