Invited talk on “How to manage and reduce stress”
An invited talk on the topic “මානසික ආතතිය අවම කර ගනිමු” was delivered by Dr W.A.L. Wickremasinghe (Former Consultant Psychiatrist at National Hospital – Kandy) to the non-academic staff members of the Department of Civil Engineering as well as other departments of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Peradeniya on 19th July 2022.
This event was organised by the Staff Welfare and Professional Development Committee of the Department of Civil Engineering.
