AutoCAD Workshop for Technical Officers

A series of hands-on training sessions on AutoCAD organized by the Staff Welfare & Capacity Building Committee of the department was held on the 12^th, 19^th & 26^th of July 2022 at the CAD laboratory of the Department of Civil Engineering, University of Peradeniya.

Mr. Channa Jayawardane (Technical Officer, DCE) delivered the session as the resource person and Ms. Achini Dassanaya moderated the session. This workshop provided hands-on experience on computer-aided drawings starting from the elements of drawings to the preparation of a building layout using AutoCAD software.

Participants were provided with computer facilities to get essential hands-on experience within the session.
