  • ➢ describe basic concepts related to music.

  • ➢ Classical Indian and Western systems
  • ➢ Important musicians including great composers of both systems and their work
  • ➢ Musical instruments of Western and Indian systems
  • ➢ Trends in Sri Lankan music
  • ➢ Practical in instrumental or vocal music
  • ➢ Self study assignments
