Biography
:
|
-
I obtained my secondary Education from Trinity College, Kandy, Sri Lanka. I entered the Faculty of Engineering University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka in 1991 and obtained B.Sc. (Hons) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. I obtained the M.Phil degree in 2010 in Control Engineering under supervision of Prof. K. S. Walgama from Department of Engineering Mathematics, Faculty of Engineering, University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka.
I worked for Shin Nippon Air Conditioning technology and Ceylon Electricity Board as an Electrical Engineer in 1996 & 1998 respectively. I joined the Department of Engineering Mathematics in 1998 as an Engineering Teaching Assistant.
Presently I am working as a Senior lecturer at the Department of Engineering Mathematics, Faculty of Engineering, University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka.
I am married to a Medical officer (Nirmala) in 1999 and has a daughter (Shavindhya) and a son (Isuru).
