The CIEADH intends to receive and act on recommendations from members; sponsor activities and meetings; to discuss industrial engineering education, curriculum, accreditation, student activities, research, faculty development, and other appropriate matters and their relation to the technical development of industrial engineers. It is pertinent to note that DMIE is the only department in South and South East Asian Universities to represent the world's prestigious CIEADH of the Institute of Industrial & Systems Engineers (IISE) ”
