1. Certificate courses in Steam Engineering
The department collaborates with the Engineering Design Center (EDC) and Forbes Marshall (Pvt) Ltd, Pune, India, to provide two courses in Steam Engineering. These courses utilize specially designed working models housed in the Steam Engineering Center within the department. These models are equipped to simulate modern steam technologies across different operating conditions.
Course 01: Three-day Programme in Steam Engineering
Target group:

Course 02: Two-day Programme in Steam Engineering

2. Renewable Energy Programmes
These programmes are developed as a part of the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education project THREE LANAKA: Training Hub for Renewable Energy Technologies in Sri Lanaka.
