Training Programme on Three Certificate Courses
Program Overview
We successfully conducted a tailor-made training programme comprising three Certificate Courses in response to a request from Mr. Namal Pathiranage, Project Associate, CDLG Project – North Central Province, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).This programme was specifically designed for Engineers and Technical Officers (30 participants) attached to the North Central Provincial Council, with the objective of enhancing their technical and professional competencies in key subject areas identified by the client.

- Introduction to Building Information Modeling (BIM) Concepts and Revit Architecture
- Create Walls, Doors, Windows and modifying them to suite current project. Usage of library items, create new library items and customization of the UI.
- Adding New Levels, Column Grids and multi-story buildings.
- Creating & modifying Floors, Walls, Curtain Walls, Stairs, Railings, Roofs & Ceilings
- Applying annotations, Alignments & Constraints
- Generate Plan, Section, Elevation, Callouts, 3D Views, and Controlling Visibility of Objects to match view requirements.
- Detailing and Drafting Views & Editing them, Annotation & Detailing Tools
- Generating Door, Windows, Walls Schedules etc.
- Preparation of paper sheets for Print outs and create & Edit title sheet.
- Linking & Inserting of Revit, AutoCAD and other drawing objects to Revit Project
- Conceptual Design & convert them to floors, Walls etc. to generate detailed design.
- Creating new Families & modifying them.
- Rendering the Model with different views and render settings. Or export to other software for better rendering.
