acquiring technology; technology transfer.<\/li>\n<li>Marketing: Segmentation; targeting and positioning; marketing mix.<\/li>\n<li>Legal Aspects of Management: Introduction to business law; law relating to employment; occupational health and safety; environmental law.<\/li>\n<li>Financial Aspects of Management: Financial statements; P&amp;L; balance sheet; cash flow; ratio analysis; investment appraisal; payback; NPV;
