<strong>describe <\/strong>modes of water pollution, <strong>assess <\/strong>the effects of water pollution on water environment and to <strong>identify <\/strong>suitable options for control.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u27a2&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>describe <\/strong>the concepts of environmental sustainability, their impacts on humans and environment and options for mitigation.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u27a2&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>explain <\/strong>the concepts of potable water treatment and <strong>demonstrate <\/strong>the ability to plan a conceptual design of a conventional potable water treatment facility.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u27a2&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
