Subsequently, he moved to the Hokkaido University, Japan on a full Monbukagakusho Scholarship awarded by the Japanese Government for a Master and Doctoral Degrees. He earned his MEng and PhD degrees specialized in Environmental Engineering in 2012, and 2015,
