Completing a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in the field of Chemical &amp; Process Engineering qualifies you to graduate with the competence of practical, laboratory-\u00adbased skills, combined with expertise in computing and simulation in a respective field.<\/p><p>For Bachelor\u2019s Degree program, the department offers courses on the fundamentals of chemical\u00a0engineering and separation processes, theory and design of process equipment and energy\u00a0systems, reaction engineering and biological processes. Comprehensive design of a selected\u00a0process industry is carried out through two project \u00adbased core courses offered in the final year\u00a0under the close guidance of the academic staff at the department. Old Curriculum (<a href=\"https:\/\/eng.pdn.ac.lk\/chemical\/example\/\">Up to E21 Batch<\/a>)<\/strong><\/p><p>The <strong data-start=\"995\" data-end=\"1013\">Old Curriculum<\/strong> applies to student batches up to <strong data-start=\"1047\" data-end=\"1054\">E21 batch<\/strong>.
