The University of Peradeniya held its Annual Staff Excellence Award Ceremony on the 01st of January 2024, to recognize the most Outstanding Non-Academic Staff members of the year 2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event was held under the patronage of Vice-Chancellor, Prof. M.D.Lamawansa together with the Administrative Staff of the University of Peradeniya. The awards were presented to Non-Academic Staff members who demonstrated Excellent Service to the University of Peradeniya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Staff Excellence Certificates were awarded to Three Non-Academic Staff members in the Engineering Faculty, appreciating their hard and tireless work;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The selection of awardees were through after a rigorous process. The nominations were called from the Heads of Departments, Directors\/Units, Assistant Registrar, and Senior Assistant Bursar etc. After preliminary screening and subsequent shortlisting, interviews were held at the Central Administration Level. These awards aim to motivate Non-Academic Staff to render their service to the University of Peradeniya. Faculty of Engineering congratulate the awardees and appreciate their dedication to work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
