The University of Peradeniya has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Central Engineering Services (Pvt) Limited (CESL) and the Central Engineering Consultancy Bureau (CECB) on December 22 nd , 2025, at the Senate Room. This MoU aims to establish a partnership linking academia, construction and consultancy, promoting collaborative research, technology transfer and knowledge exchange while ensuring research outcomes contribute directly to public benefit, sustainability and economic growth.
