Dr. Nadeeshani Nanayakkara, a senior lecturer in Civil Engineering, obtained her first degree in Civil Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Peradeniya, in 2005. Subsequently, she moved to the National University of Singapore on a full scholarship for her doctoral studies. She earned her Doctorate specialized in Environmental Science and Engineering in 2010. Her PhD thesis focused on developing materials for advanced oxidation processes targeting water pollution removal.
